Risk & Fraud Consulting

FraudCheck – This is a one week fraud assessment we offer on a fixed price basis. In this engagement we will assess the effectiveness of your fraud solution and in a workshop type format, provide feedback and guidance on methods, techniques, tools, workflow and solutions to improve your results. At the conclusion of the engagement you will receive a document that outlines findings and recommendations.

General format is 1-2 days of historical data analysis, 1 day of process and workflow overview, 1-2 days on best practices, tools and solutions discussion.

Strategy Design – Typically a 2 to 3 week engagement offered on a time and material basis. The Fraud Practice, will define the rules and business process flow to manage fraud risk. This process includes the identification of any need to use third party tools and services to perform the required risk prevention checks. On request The Fraud Practice will engage third party vendors and perform qualification reviews, negotiate rates and SLAs.  This is an extensive document, that we have developed over years of experience in this space. At the end of this engagement you will have a complete fraud strategy.

General Consulting – Offered on a time and material basis. If you feel you have the expertise in house, and  would like to have a couple of conference calls to review plans, concepts, and to get some new ideas this approach will fulfill your needs.

  • Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Fraud Strategy Reviews.
    Fast iterative reviews to reveal and fix holes and to implement improvements to fight against new threats.
  • Solution Assessment.
