WEB transactions, which are direct payments made by consumers with authorization given via the internet, increased 7.4% from 2009 and comprised more than 15% of the total ACH volume. CIE (cosnumer initiated entries) transactions, which are online banking and bill pay transactions, increased by 15.6% in 2010.
